Here are some links to self-hypnosis relaxation tracks, which are offered to clients getting started with hypnotherapy. In order to get the maximum benefit from the these, it is important that you listen to your relevant track daily.

This does not need to take any time out of your day, and it can best be done when you decide it’s time to sleep. It does not matter if you do not stay awake until the end, and it is of huge benefit to fall into a relaxed state of REM sleep, whilst listening to the sounds and suggestions contained within the dialogue.
