Confidence is the natural state that exists in the absence of things such as fear, worry, or self-doubt.  It is our default position when there is nothing going on, which detracts us from this natural, relaxed & positive state. So how can we return to this state more easily, more quickly, and more importantly, during the times when we need it the most?

We come into this life brimming of confidence.  Think about a newborn baby.  If they want something, they simply demand it. So it follows that any kind of lack of confidence is something that is later learned.
