Coaching sessions last around 90 minutes at varied intervals. Coaching sessions last around 90 minutes at varied intervals. Coaching sessions may or may not include hypnosis. They have more focus on discovery, clarity, goal setting, and revealing new solutions and insights.

Booking your sessions as a programme makes sense when you commit to achieving a certain outcome in a specified time period.

Life can be viewed as a sequence of very distinct stages. The birth of a new child is probably the most significant. Of course we don’t work with babies, but we do work with parents to be, who have the hope or dream of a child.

Think of coaching as a chance for re-birth of all that is great about you. We can help you get clear on where you’re heading, and to be your true-self again, brimming with all the same confidence with which you entered this world in the first place.

Coming Of Age

Growing up does have its difficulties, particularly when you get into your teenage years. There’s exams, social peer pressures, and all those hormones, combined with the slings and arrows of social media and the internet. Many teenagers feel totally isolated and misunderstood, and they struggle to express what is really causing them difficulty and hardship.

We work with young adults from adolescence through to university and beyond. We help them get on top of personal issues, gain confidence, make good relationships, and cultivate a healthy self image and expectation from life. We love this, because we also get the opportunity early on to give them the tools they need to stay relaxed and focused, to go on and achieve their dreams in life.

Perhaps the next biggest event after our own birth is that of our children. But this can be a rocky road, and we often hear of complications that take place along the way.

New Life

Old Life

The final stages of life are reported by many to help you focus and understand what is really important. Studies have shown that the things people regret on their deathbed have to do with the time they’ve wasted not having done the things that are most important. In fact, the biggest regret is regret itself, and to many of us take this life for granted.

Coaching and therapy is not the best use of your time if you are at the very end of your life. However, we do want to point out that there’s not point waiting for your death bed to realise that you can be happy and joyful right now.
