Hypnotherapy sessions last around 55 minutes (weekly). They usually aim to help overcome a specific issue, symptom or barrier to success in specific areas. This might include better personal or professional performance, relationships, or overcoming a clinical issue or symptom.

Coaching sessions last around 90 minutes and they may or may not include hypnosis. They have more focus on discovery, clarity, goal setting, and revealing new solutions and insights.

Tailored Individual Programmes

Booking your sessions as a programme makes sense when you commit to achieving a certain outcome in a specified time period.

This allows you and your hypnotherapist or coach to plan better and set a clear intention for your progress. It also secures your place in the booking system.

Tailored Individual Programmes are made up of blocks of 4, 8 & 12 sessions.  They also come at a discount compared to individual sessions, and they can be held in Stroud (Nailsworth), Bristol or Online as suitable.

The required number and type of sessions will be discussed at your initial consultation.
