Mind Mediation

Mind Mediation is a unique and extremely effective method of removing the old message of pain and pain relief. This process works for chronic pain whether physical or mental and can be removed in a single session (depending on the issue/issues maybe more sessions required).

It is advisable to remove the old pain, as the old messages can mask new problems you might ignore.

The subconscious mind is very powerful. It runs your physical and emotional body. It stores all your memories and records all your habits and skills. It learns to protect you and some of those habits and skills that it has learned, are no longer helpful to you.

By putting you into a relaxed state, using voice and words we re-programme your subconscious to create new and positive behaviours that change your limiting beliefs.

Getting started

Before we start our work together, we would have had a conversation over the phone.

This will enable both of us to gain some understanding of each other, and for you to know that in making that call, you are ready to make the changes you want.

At this point we will set up a mutually suitable time for your first session. This is free of charge of course.

  • Standard sessions:  30 min -1.5 hours
  • Life Transformation sessions: 3 – 4 hours
  • Specialist sessions such as Quit Smoking and Phobias / Fears: 1- 2.5 hours
  • Tailored coaching: individual 1, 3, 6 mth
  • Group sessions: max 6 people, different areas such as pain and programs

Move Forward

Each standard  session will last between 30 minutes to 1.5 Hours and one could be all that is required.

Dependent on the issues raised, you may need a follow up session(s).
