1. By making a booking for a Hypnotherapy Session, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions as set out in this document.
Therapies such as Hypnotherapy, CBT and NLP all rely on commitment and motivation from both the therapist and the client to get the best results. Part of the progress occurs in the consulting room and part is achieved through cognitive reflection or homework. As the client, when you agree to undertake therapy sessions, you also agree to engage with the process, complete any homework that you are given, and listen to any CD’s provided at appropriate times. It is through this commitment in partnership with the therapist that you will see the best results.
3. Therapy Sessions & Fees
Each standard hypnotherapy session lasts approximately 55 mins and current fees are as per the website www.changeswelcome.com. For face-to-face sessions, all fees are payable latest at the end of each session. For online sessions via webcam, or other sessions by telephone, payment must be made in advance, and this secures the booking.
3.1. Forms of payment accepted are Cash, Cheque*, Paypal**, Bank Transfer, Debit Card***.
* All cheques payable to ‘Liane Ulbricht-Kazan’ or ‘Sam Little’ respectively.
** Paypal email address for GBP payments = [email protected] (Liane) / [email protected] (Sam).
Paypal email address for Euro payments = [email protected]
*** Debit cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard & Maestro and can be effected

3.2. You may also pay for multiple sessions in advance
for example if there is to be a fixed number of therapy sessions. Fees booked and paid for in advance will not be subject to any price increase. Equally future discount offers cannot be applied to sessions already booked and/ or paid for. Pricing may be subject to change from time to time, but any change in fees once you start to work with us will be agreed between us.
3.3. Invoices are issued by request only.
You commit to attend the appointments that we make. There are two good reasons for this.
4.1. Your attendance at the appointment is part of your commitment to the on-going progress.
4.2. If you do not cancel in a reasonable time then you have stopped someone else having that appointment.
5. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires at least 36 hours notice of cancellation. This can be done directly within the booking system following the link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can let us know via telephone, text or email.
6. Arriving Late for an Appointment
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. The therapist will do their best to make a full session available, but this often depends on appointments subsequent to your booking and so cannot be guaranteed. If your session needs to be curtailed due to your late arrival then the session fee remains payable in full. This applies equally to Face-to-Face and Webcam bookings.
7. Webcam Clients
For Therapy via Webcam, specifically for clients outside of the UK, please note that the relevant authoritative/ overseeing bodies in your country may not directly recognise the types of Therapy we offer. Please note that our Therapist(s) hold the gold standard in the relevant field, as recognised within the UK. For this reason, and for all aspects of the client/ therapist relationship, only UK standards and codes of practice are applicable.
Legalities – UK law only is applicable to any course of therapy or therapy including hypnotherapy sessions and consultations.
In order to ensure continued best practice, our therapist(s) receive(s) regular clinical supervision and on-going training. This may at times involve viewing your notes and discussing your case with the relevant qualified supervising person or body. During supervision it may be necessary to review your treatment, but any reference that could allow you to be identified is removed and each client is referenced by a number only. Everything you say will be treated in the strictest confidence with the following exceptions:
• Self-Harm: Your therapist may need to contact your GP if it appears that you are suicidal or intend to carry out serious self-harm.
• Abuse or Injury to a Minor: Your therapist is legally required to report any abuse towards a minor to the appropriate authorities should you divulge any such information to me.
9. Standards of Behaviour
Our therapist(s) undertake to treat you with respect and not to abuse the trust you place in them. He/She will use best practice at all times in your mutual interest. In return, you undertake not to harm yourself, or any other person, including your therapist, or any property belonging either to the therapist, the practice or any other person. You agree not to come to sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except those medications prescribed by your doctor. If you do come to sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs or demonstrate violent/abusive behaviour, we reserve the right to cancel the session and refuse any further therapy sessions, and the full session fee will be payable.
