I saw Liane two and a half years ago, when I was feeling so stressed and preoccupied with terrorism and world tensions that I was finding it hard to focus on anything else, having dark thoughts and seeing threats from all sides. After 5 or so sessions with her I was able to switch off from the fear, and despite international events becoming possibly even worse since, I’ve continued to be rational about them and not let them take over my daily life as they had been doing.
