Examples: Substance abuse, alcohol, smoking, drugs, activities such as gambling, sex & pornography, mobile phones. Includes also other obsessive tendencies.

Important: Consult your doctor if you have a substance addition. This is because giving up some addictions too quickly carries direct health risks, which should be monitored by a registered medical professional.
